Rumford board approves three liquor licenses and special-amusement permits

The board then approved the application for Black Mountain of Maine, represented by James Gallant, on a motion by DiConzo and second by Theriault, 5-0. Finally, the board approved a license for Aerie #1248 Fraternal Order of Eagles, represented by John Perry Jr., with the same makers and a 5-0 vote.
