At its Nov. 4 meeting, the Town of Bradford Select Board approved routine business and noted several administrative items before adjourning.
The board approved the Oct. 21, 2024 meeting minutes (motion by Timothy Bubar, seconded by Terrie-Sue Allen; vote 3-0). It then approved Accounts Payable Warrant #74 (motion by Edward Nevells, seconded by Timothy Bubar; vote 4-0) and Payroll Warrants #71 and #72 (motion by Edward Nevells, seconded by Timothy Bubar; vote 4-0).
Under Town Manager reports, staff noted assessor updates and that an executive session was tabled to the next meeting. Board members also reported an incident at the town landfill: the property was not listed in TRIO, trees had fallen across the access road, tire tracks were observed inside the gate, and the lock had been cut and replaced.
Edward Nevells moved to adjourn at 7:04 p.m.; Levi Surette seconded and the board voted 4-0 to adjourn.
The meeting minutes were submitted by Karen McNaughton, deputy clerk, and bear the signatures of board members on the official document.
