The minutes report the Future Fire Station Committee met with a USDA contractor (Plymouth) and that notices have been sent to lawyers; meetings with contractors are scheduled. Joyce Dyer has applied for a grant for a security system for the new station. Ed moved to appoint Joyce Dyer as project facilitator until the project is finished; Carlene seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
The minutes also mention USDA guidance to have a clerk involved and that Joyce will serve as the project's facilitator during completion of the project.
