At the May 20 meeting, visitor comments focused on recreational amenities and solid-waste service options.
Jim Price suggested the council consider adding a pickleball court to village recreational offerings and also asked whether the village would consider offering a bulk trash pickup program. The council did not take action on either request at the meeting; such items were entered into the record during the visitors and guest portion of the agenda.
Mayor Pro Tempore Sonya Larson also reminded residents to update house numbers for emergency access and noted the village lawncare contract expires in June; Mayor Auble is seeking quotes to replace or renew the contract. Council indicated no immediate action would be taken on the suggestions but said public input could guide future agenda items.
