Bremen selectmen approve warrants, abatement and $14,560 tree-growth supplemental

Selectman John "Boe" Marsh moved, and Selectman Steve Page seconded, a separate motion to approve an abatement dated April 3, 2025. The abatement was described in the minutes as a correction to a previous supplemental charge for removal from tree growth that had been applied to the wrong property owner. The board voted 3-0 to grant the abatement.
On the same motion pattern (mover: Selectman Marsh; seconder: Selectman Page), the board approved a supplemental warrant dated April 3, 2025 for removal from tree growth for property Map 010-Lot 002. The minutes list the property owners as Corey Digirolamo and Andrew Warren and state the supplemental assessed amount as $14,560.00; the vote was 3-0 in favor.
