Oyer's report lists 371 calls received and handled in December and includes year‑to‑date figures for calls (4,970), value of stolen property, offenses investigated, traffic crashes (8 in December), total arrests (37 in December) and various staffing metrics including overtime, leave and auxiliary hours. The report also documents jail prisoner counts and prisoner meal costs for the month.
Chairwoman Amie Ernst moved to receive the Police Report; Mrs. Mobley seconded and the council voted unanimously to accept it into the record. The report will remain part of the council's records and can inform future discussions about public safety resourcing and street incident response.
