Richard Stiffler raised a concern about possible tree removal or trimming at 625 South Washington; Kiger again recommended private counsel.
Nathan Campbell questioned Greenfield's construction street opening permit and bond fees, saying they appeared higher than other municipalities, and suggested the village obtain or borrow leak detection equipment to locate the 7th Street water leak previously mentioned by the mayor. Council discussion did not produce immediate remedies; where legal or property rights were implicated, the solicitor recommended private legal advice.
