Town Administrator Taylor‑Chase said the contract appeared standard and that she would forward it to the newly engaged town attorney, Ben McCall of DrummondWoodsum, for quick review. The Future Facilities Committee expects IOV to research applicable grants and report back to the Select Board on eligible funding opportunities.
Next steps: The town administrator will provide the contract to the town attorney for review and, if approved, will proceed with signing and with IOV beginning grant research and application work.
