Spicer Group presents HVAC update; Board directs head-pressure test

Spicer Group AMEP Practice Lead Aaron Wosek and Facilities Director Patrick Roach briefed the Leelanau County Board on the county’s cooling-tower and HVAC systems and recommended additional testing to verify head pressure and system performance.
The presenters used a PowerPoint (posted to the county agenda site) to summarize findings and to recommend a head-pressure calculation test. Commissioners gave consensus direction for Administrator James Dyer to schedule the Integrity Test and Balance head-pressure calculation recommended by Spicer Group. Commissioners thanked Wosek and Roach for the update.
The Board listed the PowerPoint and supporting material in the meeting packet; Administrator Dyer and Facilities Director Roach will coordinate next steps and the testing schedule.
