The Woolwich Township Committee unanimously adopted a consent agenda on Nov. 17 that included multiple administrative and capital resolutions and payment authorizations. Among the items adopted was Resolution R-2025-302 authorizing Change Order No. 1 to Wyndham Construction LLC for Locke Avenue Park Development — Phase I, described in discussion as roughly $200,000 for paving.
Committeeman Frederick pressed staff for more detail before concluding the consent agenda, asking for an itemized breakdown of funds spent and remaining from the township's 2019 park bond and for a line-item estimate of potential lighting costs for fields F, G, H and I. The administrator said the change order covers paving of the original parking lot timed to occur with current paving work; the township engineer said final plans are pending and a lighting quote cannot be completed until plans are finalized.
The consent agenda also included resolutions on a shared-service agreement for rock salt procurement, authorizations for totally disabled veteran deductions, hiring a per-diem snow-removal worker, a traffic-analysis study authorization (not to exceed $4,865), and Payment No. 6 to Wyndham Construction LLC. All consent-agenda resolutions (R-2025-292 through R-2025-302) were adopted unanimously.
