The minutes record clarifications about several items: R-2025-261, R-2025-262 and R-2025-263 authorize release of small cash bonds held for punch-list items (trees and shrubs) while maintenance bonds remain in place; R-2025-266 authorizes acceptance of performance bond numbers 017263577 and 017263576 from Northpoint Realty Partners for the 1600 U.S. Route 322 project (Block 1, Lot 4); R-2025-270 authorizes Payment No. 4 to Wyndham Construction LLC for the Locke Avenue Park Development — Phase I project; and R-2025-271 authorizes Change Order No. 3 and a final payment recorded in the resolution as ($28,351.23) on the FY 2023 NJDOT Bikeway Program High Hill Trail — Phase 3 project (the minutes list the amount with parentheses as written in the resolution).
Committeeman Frederick asked during discussion whether tax payments were being made upon issuance of temporary certificates of occupancy related to R-2025-266 and inquired about the Urban Renewal entity noted in R-2025-267 (identified in the minutes as Dermody property/DPIF 3). A roll-call vote recorded all five members as Yes and the consent agenda was adopted.
