The board opened the matter for public comment; no members of the public spoke. Board member Grasso moved to adopt the amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and Board member Kauffman seconded. The minutes record a roll-call vote on that motion with a 'No' vote from Rushton and affirmative votes from the other recorded members.
The minutes then record adoption of Resolution 2025-22 to adopt the amendment. The roll call recorded in the minutes lists affirmative votes by Cotton, Daniels, Grasso, Kauffman, Moorer, Nocentino, Fluellen and Maugeri in connection with Res. 2025-22.
