Upper Hanover continues DeMeno rezoning hearing to Feb. 8 after applicant's counsel falls ill

Bresnan said public comments will be taken when the applicant is present at the Feb. 8 session. "The hearing was continued to Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM," he announced.
Why it matters: Ordinance No. 2022-01 would change the zoning designation for properties identified in the DeMeno application, a step that could allow residential development (the applicant is identified as D.R. Horton).
