Upper Hanover preliminarily awards Ott’s Road Bridge contract to Bi‑State Construction for $1.14M

The motion to accept Gilmore & Associates’ proposal was moved by Assistant Secretary Dorothy Diehl and seconded by Ben Fiorito; the vote was unanimous.
