Selectmen grant two customary home-occupation permissions

At their Jan. 12 meeting, the Danville Board of Selectmen granted customary home-occupation permissions to two residents who said their work is performed off-site and that they have no commercial signage.
Damien Lee requested permission to register a Tacoma truck to his company name and said he works off-site with other vendors; the Town Clerk had asked him to seek the Selectmen’s permission first. After a short discussion, the Selectmen approved the customary home-occupation permission and invited him to return the next day to collect the paperwork.
Kurt Berthiaume, who identified his address as 102 Back Road and said he operates a single-member LLC moved from Seabrook, also requested a customary home-occupation permission. He said his work is worldwide but not customer-facing locally and that his SUV exceeds 6,000 pounds. The Selectmen approved his request and asked him to pick up the paperwork the following day.
Neither applicant reported on-site customer activity or business signage, and both approvals were recorded as granted at the meeting.
