Because the village is conducting a pay study with the Clemans-Nelson firm, the committee's tentative recommendation is to adjust the pay plan to allow for a 3% across-the-board increase. A draft revision was submitted to the council and is expected to be presented as an ordinance at the next council meeting for formal consideration.
