At their May 4 meeting, the Winter Harbor selectmen signed a right-of-way deed for the Historical Society and appointed Earl Blackney to the Utilities District Board of Trustees.
Chair G. Harrington moved and the board seconded the action to sign the Historical Society deed; the motion was recorded as approved 3-0. The board then appointed Earl Blackney to the Utilities District Board of Trustees; that appointment was also approved 3-0.
