Town manager reports low turnout expected for in-person voting, upgrades to rec programs and road projects

On operations and infrastructure, Eric said a storage container for town maintenance is scheduled to arrive on the 19th and that paving is complete on Beaver Dam, North Wayne, Lane and Morrow roads; the remaining work is the application of gravel and striping. He said the town plans to experiment with fog-line striping on some roads to reduce speeds. Eric also reported that the town reinstalled its road-system management software, with plans to involve summer staff in its use, and that LPFM station equipment is built out pending an antenna lift rental to install the antenna.
