- Ordinance 38‑25: Council adopted a participation agreement to implement the Uniform Accounting Network (UAN) financial management system. Other actions - Active Transportation planning: Council authorized administration to advertise for requests for qualifications and to enter into a contract for planning services to implement the City of Port Clinton Active Transportation Infrastructure Program grant award. Gabe Below said the city expects a $100,000 planning grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation and that cost sharing will involve the City, the Greater Sandusky Partnership and the Park District of Ottawa County; council voted unanimously to authorize the RFQ process.
- Republic Services contract extension: Beth Gillman moved to extend the city contract with Republic Services for residential curbside pickup for one year (through 2026); the motion passed 5‑1.
