RSU 23 board approves minutes, holds first readings of several policies and adjourns

The RSU 23 School Board approved minutes from its Jan. 15, 2026 meeting and opened first readings on four policies during its Feb. 26 meeting.
Board member Donna Moutsatsos moved to accept the Jan. 15 minutes "as written"; Santino Perrone seconded and the board voted "All in favor." The board then opened first readings on the following policies: IJNDB‑R Student Computer and Internet Use Rules; KEB Complaints About School Personnel; KE Public Concerns and Complaints; and JP Student Donations and Gifts. The policies are available on the district website under School Board > Policies.
At 6:29 PM Santino Perrone moved to adjourn; Donna Moutsatsos seconded and the motion passed with all in favor. Minutes were prepared and the record lists Cynthia Potenza (Human Resources) and Superintendent John Suttie on the minutes signature lines.
No other votes or appointments were recorded.
