Board members asked for a short workshop to finalize which two goals, if any, should be emphasized for the initial evaluation and to set dates for the staff and community surveys that typically accompany the evaluation process. The board agreed to include a 30‑minute workshop before the Nov. 5 meeting to begin that planning.
The discussion concluded with a request that the board decide whether to prioritize two goals for year one and confirm a schedule for surveys and any interim feedback sessions.
