The consent items included a warrant list (check nos. 56503–56577) totaling $937,576.41; Resolution No. 25-32, approving 2025 fireworks stand permits; and awards for Rojas-Pierce Park projects: Resolution No. 25-33 (Ace Fence Company, $117,680.95 for new soccer field fencing) and Resolution No. 25-34 (Marina Landscape, Inc., $347,469.00 for irrigation and turf).
The consent calendar also included Resolution No. 25-35 (the list of projects funded under Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017), Resolution No. 25-36 (accepting the Engineer’s Report for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District 2019-01 and declaring intent to levy assessments pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code Section 22565 et seq.), Resolution No. 25-37 (establishing the Proposition 4 appropriation limit) and Resolution No. 25-38 (adoption of the FY 2025–26 operating budget).
Council members did not request roll-call tallies by name in the public record; minutes record the actions as adopted unanimously (4 ayes; Mayor Martinez absent). The motions were moved and seconded by city council members during the meeting: the agenda and consent calendar motions were moved by Council Member Libertad “Libefi” Lopez and Joseph R.
