City Administrator Daniel Coss noted the Administrator’s written report was included in the meeting packet. In staff reports, the Downtown Development Authority said it discussed the upcoming Christmas Market and authorized applying for a liquor license for Cabin Fever Reliever. Clerk-Treasurer Sarah Stoltzfus said the winter tax bill is being prepared and will be mailed the first week of December.
Police Chief Bryan Curtis reported that Officer Worthington is officially retired and that Officer Matthews has been hired full time. Curtis also announced that the DeWitt Panther football team won its recent game and will host a playoff game on Friday, Nov. 14.
