Councilmember Donohue moved to approve the contract; Councilmember Kellogg seconded, and the motion carried by unanimous vote. The action authorizes the Mayor, the City Clerk and the City Administrator to sign the approved contract on behalf of the City of DeWitt.
The council did not discuss contract terms in detail on the record during the open meeting; the vote followed the closed session called earlier in the agenda for contract negotiations under the Open Meetings Act.
