At the meeting town staff said the CAI contract is now in its third year and that some of Del Webster’s historical plans and surveys would be valuable to complete the mapping work. Town Manager Marjorie Stratton said there would be money left in a reserve once CAI receives its final payment, and the board chose to authorize the purchase rather than paying the usual $200 per copy Sue Webster has charged in earlier transactions.
The motion authorizes an offer of $50 per document for 130 documents, totaling $6,500. The town did not approve specific vendor contracts at the meeting; staff will follow up to acquire the documents and reconcile expenditures with the CAI project budget.
