The board noted funds are available in the Historic Sites Reserve to pay for the work.
The RFP will describe removal of sod and installation of crushed rock under the wheels; the board authorized staff to draft the RFP and return with details for scheduling and procurement. No specific contractor, timeline, or contract amount was approved at the meeting.
