The motion, made by Selectman Eric Gasperini and seconded by Selectman Tom Anthony, passed unanimously (4-0-0).
The authorization allows the manager to sign the agreement in advance of funding approval but explicitly makes work and payment contingent on voters approving Year 1 funding at the June Annual Town Meeting. No additional contract terms were discussed on the record during the meeting.
