Applicant Michael DiStasi presented renderings showing daytime and nighttime views with back-lit lettering outlined in gold on a black background; the sign will remain the same size and location with 4-by-4 posts. After review of the renderings, B. Seamans moved a favorable recommendation; C. Bramley seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Committee members did not attach additional conditions beyond the submitted design. The favorable recommendation will be recorded in the DRAC file.
