Norwich trustees accept contractor bids for township road repairs, set paving schedule

Trustees had previously authorized curb repairs in Timberbrook and Ridgewood West and approved funding for those localized improvements; the Aug. 31 motions advanced the broader paving work for Smiley Road, Hill Roads and other segments identified in the township road plan.
