Commission approves porch light options for 617 Washington Street

During old business, Oscar Rodriguez of 617 Washington Street presented photographs and a preferred fixture for a porch light. Rodriguez said he did not find an existing light when he bought the property and submitted photos showing the fixtures he preferred.
Commissioners reviewed images from the packet and agreed that the flush-mount and milk-glass globe options were appropriate for the house. One commissioner moved that any of three flush-mount designs shown, plus an additional left-hand option on the third slide, would be acceptable; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Staff said they would relay the commission’s approval to Rodriguez.
