Facilities update: track resurfacing covered under warranty; landscaper performance and visitor check-out discussed

Committee members asked about visitor swipe-out procedures after field-day activities; Mr. Depula said visitors should check out at the main office and staff will retrain administrators over the summer to ensure consistent check-in/out practices across buildings.
On groundskeeping, Mr. Depula acknowledged the current landscaping vendor has had "some problems" this year but is improving after meetings; he said the next vendor would be roughly double the cost. He also noted the district cannot use herbicides on fields, which complicates turf management.
