Mayor outlines recreation facility timeline, park upgrades and housing starts as capital priorities

Finance Director Mr. Regguz presented the general-fund overview through September: overall revenues were reported at 86% of estimates and 8% higher than the prior year, with October distributions from income tax just under $1.7 million (about $181,000 less than October of last year) and net-profit tax refunds noted as a driver of some variation.
