The application before council would transfer control from Shiv Shamboo LLC (d.b.a. Tony's Deli Mart) to Anjenia 7460 Incorporated (d.b.a. Dave's Beverage). A motion was made to take a position of no objection and was seconded. Dana called the roll; the recorded votes were: Steven Coyle, yes; Eddie/Andy (recorded variants), yes; Matt Mosley, yes; Aaron Browski, yes; Kevin Tansky, yes; Kathy Poochie, yes. The chief (referred to as Chief Milky) indicated the department had no objections to the transfer.
With council's recorded 'no objection' position, the municipality will transmit that position to the issuing authority as part of the liquor-permit process.
