The team compiled notes and will make them part of the project record.
Committee members planned logistics for the Fifer's Day tabletop exercise: staffing shifts, tent size (a 10x15 tent to be shared), boards and easels for the image exercises, children’s activities (stamps, coloring sheets and small giveaways), and a sign‑up schedule to ensure volunteers cover the noon‑to‑5 p.m. event. Sarah Lovado, the committee clerk, will circulate a staffing sign‑up and said the committee will collect contact information from attendees to add them to the project update list.
The committee also asked the consultants to prepare a simple public timeline and a graphic showing upcoming steps (including the July 23 outreach and the next committee meeting) to display at the event and on flyers. Members agreed the combined feedback from the visioning session and Fifer’s Day will be reported at the following meeting so the design team can present more‑refined schemes and cost estimates.
