The Cushing Board of Selectmen approved routine administrative and enforcement items at its Oct. 26, 2015 meeting.
The board accepted Warrants #42 and #43 on a motion by Selectman Daniel Staples, seconded by Selectman Heidi Alley; the motion was recorded as carried 5-0-0. The board approved the Oct. 12, 2015 minutes on a motion by Selectman Daniel Staples, seconded by Selectman Laurie Haynes; the minutes record the vote as carried 4-0-1 with Selectman Martha Marchut abstaining.
Selectman Daniel Staples moved, with Selectman Alton Grover seconding, to accept a consent agreement for a tree-cutting violation at Map 005, Lot 049; the motion carried 5-0-0. The board signed the warrant for the Nov. 3, 2015 secret ballot referendum election and approved proposed telephone/CMP utility pole locations for Spear Mill Road.
The meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m. on a motion by Selectman Martha Marchut, seconded by Selectman Laurie Haynes; the minutes show the adjournment motion carried 4-0-0.
