District previews draft Vision 2032 strategic plan emphasizing future readiness and AI literacy

Administrators said the plan will be paired with a 2026–27 action plan that specifies timelines, responsible parties, performance measures and resource implications.
The presenter said Vision 2032 "builds upon a strong foundation established in Vision 2026" and stressed that the plan is intended as a living document. Committee members thanked staff and community participants for the work and requested a formal combined presentation at the September 16 meeting so members can review metrics and milestones.
The board did not vote on the plan; it will continue to gather feedback from educators, families, students and advisory groups before a final draft is returned to the committee.
