Katherine Anteneellis introduced herself to the committee and described prior experience consulting for multi-town elementary districts and serving in district business-administration roles. She said she has worked recently with districts that combine town and regional responsibilities and has experience with budgeting, finance, and district-level fiscal administration. Committee members moved and seconded the appointment; the motion carried by voice vote.
The committee noted the contract terms were included in the meeting packet and reflected previously budgeted funding for the position, which is typically one day a week with occasional additional time for budget planning, contract work, and oversight of the business office.
Next step: Anteneellis is expected to begin the contract term in July and will assume the district business functions as Goodman retires at the end of June.
