Board grants preliminary/final approval to Pennridge Airport lot-line consolidation

The East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors granted preliminary and final land development approval on Aug. 27, 2019 for a lot-line adjustment affecting property associated with the Pennridge Airport.
Hanover Engineering’s Andy Woods reviewed a proposal to consolidate nine lots into five; two reconfigured parcels along Three Mile Run Road will retain existing dwellings (tax map parcels referenced in the minutes), and other parcels will be combined into vacant lots. No new building lots or construction were proposed in the application. The parcels involved are located in the I1, I2, S and RR zoning districts.
The Board’s approval included waiver requests per the Hanover Engineering letter dated Aug. 8, 2019 and was made contingent on compliance with a C. Robert Wynn Associates review letter dated July 31, 2019. The motion to grant preliminary/final approval and the waivers was moved by Jim Nietupski, seconded by David Nyman, and carried with all present voting in favor.
Next steps: The developer and engineering team must address the comments in the C. Robert Wynn Associates letter before final recording and implementation of the revised lot configurations.
