East Rockhill board approves routine minutes, bills, appointments and waivers

The Board approved the Sept. 24 minutes, authorized payment of $342,966.92 in unpaid bills, accepted the Creekside plan withdrawal, appointed Richard Kelly to the Planning Commission, waived conflicts of interest for named individuals, and adjourned into executive session.
At its Oct. 22 meeting the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors completed routine business items including approval of the Sept. 24, 2019 meeting minutes and authorization of unpaid bills dated Oct. 18, 2019 in the amount of $342,966.92.
The Board accepted the withdrawal of the Creekside Independent Living plan per a Sept. 29, 2019 letter from Robert Mager. The Board appointed Richard Kelly to the Planning Commission vacancy to the term expiring Dec. 31, 2021. The Board also voted to waive a conflict of interest for David Caro, Grim Biehn and Thatcher on a motion by Mr. Volovnik, seconded by Mr. Nyman.
After acknowledging department and emergency services reports that were placed on file, the Board adjourned into an executive session to discuss litigation and real estate matters. Minutes were signed by Township Manager Marianne Morano.
