East Rockhill applies for $873,177 H2O PA grant for Three Mile Run pump station

On Oct. 22 the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2019-07 designating Chair Gary Volovnik and Township Manager Marianne Morano to execute all documents and agreements with the Commonwealth Financing Authority to pursue an H2O PA Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Project grant in the amount of $873,177.06.
Planning Commission member Anne Fenley had reported the proposed Three Mile Run Road pumping station replacement is consistent with the township’s Comprehensive Plan. The Board approved the resolution on a motion by Mr. Volovnik, seconded by Mr. Nyman; all present voted in favor.
Resolution 2019-07 authorizes township officers to complete and execute grant paperwork and any associated agreements should the grant be awarded. The Board recorded the vote and moved on to subsequent agenda items.
