The Fairview Park Planning & Design Commission approved a sign-face change at 21065 Center Ridge Road on April 15 after the applicant said he simply replaced the sign face on an existing cabinet.
Applicant Muhammed Sami Ullah told the commission the new sign preserves the existing cabinet and only changes the lettering and face to the business name "Broken Phone Repair." He confirmed the new face had already been installed.
Commissioner Mr. Cavanagh asked if the new sign was already in place; Ullah confirmed that it was. The commission discussed and then approved Docket 04-26-07P on a motion from Chairperson Mr. Pofok, seconded by Councilperson Mann; the roll call showed unanimous approval.
The approval authorizes the sign face change for the existing cabinet as presented; no additional mitigation or conditions were recorded in the minutes.
