Staff also provided brief cost updates on other projects: additional stone for the pavilion (another $4,000–$5,000), an alley sanitary connection that cost $1,450, finishing work for a soccer shed (driveway and garage door remain), and upcoming roof work for dugouts. A planned $36,840 donation to Harbor House was removed from the agenda because the board agreed they were not ready to act.
What happens next: staff will circulate the Chamber contract when received, prepare the RFP/spec updates for pavilion finish work if needed, and return to the board for formal action.
