The Heritage Farm Commission is scheduled to present a two-page executive summary of the 2026 Master Plan update to the Board of Selectmen, the commission said at its April 6, 2026 meeting.
Chairman Arlene Fiano reported that the Master Plan update is ongoing and described the immediate next step as development of a phased implementation plan in consultation with Sarah Nelson. That phased plan will be incorporated into the Master Plan for use by the commission and the Board of Selectmen.
No dates for the presentation to the Board of Selectmen or for completion of the phased implementation plan were recorded in the minutes. The commission did not take formal action on the Master Plan at the April 6 meeting; members discussed next steps and internal planning only.
