Staff presented the restriction as a 23,000‑pound vehicle weight limit in effect from March 4 through May 15, possibly ending earlier depending on spring thaw conditions. "These are the roads that will be restricted in weight limit. The weight limit is 23,000 lbs. It'll be from March 4th through … May 15th, maybe earlier," said Betty, who presented the notice required by the town ordinance.
No members of the public spoke during the hearing and the board closed the matter after the required notice and brief explanation. The board did not make any additional changes to the advertised restriction during the discussion.
Next step: staff will publish the 7‑day notice and post the seasonal restriction per the town ordinance.
