A final plat closing easements for the Olive Garden site was approved with staff conditions. The Law Mule Acres plat was approved contingent on extending an ingress/egress easement to provide lot access; staff and the applicant will finalize outstanding items. The Four Mile Creek commercial park final plat (nearly 100 acres proposed to be divided into five lots) was approved subject to staff comments being addressed.
Staff reminded commissioners of next month’s meeting location at the new Cabot Justice Center, upcoming planning training opportunities paid for by the city, and an upcoming bylaws update tied to the move. With those announcements, the commission adjourned.
