• ANRAD approvals: The Commission approved an Order of Resource Area Delineation for 0 Caroline Road (DEP 95‑1017) with two abstentions, and approved the ORAD for 366 Pleasant Street (DEP 95‑1020) unanimously.
• Ballard/Highland SMP (SMP2026‑1): Continued to May 18; GCG and DPW requested a tracked CCTV inspection and repairs before connections are approved; easements must be finalized and recorded.
