She said family members were arranging titles and hauling vehicles; the board expressed appreciation for the effort and agreed to release the property from enforcement so long as the remaining vehicles were hauled away and yard maintenance continued.
The board initially discussed a 30-day follow-up for proof of ownership and financing but later set a 60-day check-in to confirm the vehicles are removed and the property remains maintained. Commissioners encouraged the resident to provide photos of vehicle removals and noted that if conditions recur the property could be returned to the enforcement list.
The resident thanked the board and said she intends to remain in the home. The board’s action was procedural and intended to allow time for documented compliance rather than immediate enforcement.
