At its June 8 meeting the Brown County Board of Commissioners took routine administrative actions including approving accounts payable, licenses, permits and meeting minutes.
Brown County Clerk Nicole Lee presented the payment register showing fund-level totals and a combined total of $249,232.73 in claims. Commissioner William Pollock moved to approve accounts payable; Commissioner Richard Tesoriero seconded and the motion carried.
The commission approved Cereal Malt Beverage License #2026-03 for Sac and Fox Truck Stop on a motion by Commissioner Pollock, seconded by Commissioner Tesoriero. The board also approved Buried Cable Permit 26-02 for Brightspeed with the same mover and seconder.
Commissioner Pollock moved to approve the June 1, 2026 minutes with two corrections and the June 4, 2026 minutes as presented; Commissioner Tesoriero seconded and the motion carried. These items were approved without further amendment or public controversy.
