Residents raise neighbor‑dog disturbance and thank clerk for help at senior luncheon

Resident Stephen Fasano asked the board for help and advice concerning repeated altercations with a neighbor and that neighbor's dog; he said he has contacted State Troopers multiple times with no action taken. The board advised Fasano to keep detailed records of each incident, report dog-related issues to the dog warden and attempt to contact the Broome County Sheriff's Department if further assistance is needed.
