Under agenda item 5.a, Rob Jacobson moved to appoint Debbie Skinner as Chair for a term expiring June 9, 2027; Scott Huntley seconded and the motion passed 5-0. Under item 5.b Rob Jacobson moved to appoint Scott Huntley as Vice-Chair with the same term expiration; Matt Galvin seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
The board also adopted the meeting agenda at the start of the session by a 5-0 vote. The board approved prior minutes (item 5.c) and accepted the financial report (item 5.d) by unanimous votes during the meeting. The transcript contains a clerical mismatch under item 5.c where the recorded motion text mistakenly repeats language about the financial report; the board minutes show routine approval of the December 10, 2025 minutes and acceptance of the financial report separately.
Chair Skinner called for public comment at two points; there were no comments during the first call and one resident, Becky Howlett, spoke later about campground improvements in Fernley. The meeting adjourned at 11:23 a.m.
